These Terms of Service govern the use of this website and the purchase of products from Josquared_Photography (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing this website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Products

All products are made to order through our professional fulfilment partner, Printful.

Because products are custom-produced specifically for each order:

  • Processing times may vary

  • Minor variations in colour or print placement may occur

  • Product availability may change without notice

We make every effort to accurately display product colours and details, however screen variations may result in slight differences.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in the currency shown on the website.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

Any applicable taxes, duties or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are produced and shipped by our fulfilment partner.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for:

  • Postal delays

  • Customs processing delays

  • Incorrect delivery addresses supplied by the customer

Risk in the product passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law:

You are entitled to a replacement or refund if the product:

  • Is faulty

  • Is damaged during shipping

  • Is not as described

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images and designs displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Josquared_Photography.

Purchase of a product grants personal use only.

You may not:

  • Reproduce

  • Modify

  • Distribute

  • Resell

  • Use for commercial purposes

without written permission.

Copyright remains with Josquared_Photography at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Josquared_Photography is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or products purchased.

Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Nothing in this clause limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
